SHIPMENTS:

Orders are shipped out as soon as possible, usually within 5 business days upon receipt of your order at Alexander-Lee Gallery, (Venetian Beads.com). We will make every effort to get your order out quickly. During the dates of our trade shows; please allow additional time. Custom made or special orders may require a few additional days before shipping.

Shipping Within the United States: We can ship by UPS or US Mail. Our preferred method of shipping is either Priority Mail; or UPS ground. We will ship by those methods unless otherwise specified. Shipping available by UPS: ground, 2nd day air, next day air, or 3 day select. Shipping via UPS requires a street address (no post offices). Shipping available by U.S. Postal Service: regular mail, priority mail, or express mail. All shipping will include postal fees, insurance for the value of the shipment, & delivery confirmation.

International Shipments: Most international shipments will be sent by Express Mail. Once an international order has been processed, and charged to your credit card, no "cancellations" or "returns" will be accepted.

FORMS OF PAYMENT:

CREDIT CARDS: Major credit cards are welcome. We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover.

C.O.D. We accept C.O.D. by money order or cashiers check, for established accounts only, with credit card information on file.

YOUR PRIVACY IS ASSURED:

Your privacy is of great concern to VenetianBeads.com. We use the information you provide to process your order efficiently and to make sure that your experience on our web site is safe and secure. We do not share or sell our customer's information.

MINIMUM ORDERS:

No Minimum Order. However, we regret having to charge an additional $5.00 handling fee for small orders under $50.00.

RETURNS:

All orders are checked twice for accuracy and quality. Returns, by prior authorization only, must include a copy of the invoice and an explanation of the return. Returns must be made within 10 days of the shipping date, in the same condition as sold. A 20% restocking fee of the total price, will be charged. Shipping costs, such as, postage and insurance, and any minimum order fees ($5.00), will not be reimbursed. No returns on earrings, pendants, watches, Alessandro's or special orders. No returns on international orders.

CLAIMS, and CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS:

If shipment is damaged upon receipt, please file a claim with the carrier and immediately arrange for an inspection in the same box in which your order was packed. Then notify us. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of shipment. CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS: Our company name is Alexander-Lee Gallery, and the amount charged to your credit card will be noted as from Alexander-Lee Gallery. We send you 2 invoice copies of your order, to keep for your records. If we are notified by the Merchant Payment Systems, that you have failed to recognize the credit card charge and refused it; we may be forced to charge you an additional $20.00, for all the necessary forms and labor involved in proving this charge; just as if it was a returned check. Please keep your invoices and match them with the amount. We request you email us first with any questions, in regard to your charge.

PRICING:

Alexander-Lee (VenetianBeads.com), has personally selected lampwork beads for thirty-five years in Venice, Italy and will endeavor to give you the very best quality at the lowest, direct import prices. Please note, due to the fluctuation of the dollar on the world currency market, prices are subject to change, according to the last shipment price; either up or down, depending on the exchange rate. Price changes become effective immediately and without prior notice. Click on "Add to Basket" for current prices.

TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK:

We are direct importers of handmade Venetian glass beads. Because the beads are made by hand, one by one; there may be a time that we have temporarily sold out of a particular item. We will notify you, by e-mail, of any delays, and will endeavor to fill your order as soon as possible.

BACKORDERS:

If we are temporarily out of stock of an item you ordered, we will backorder it. If you would like to be notified by e-mail of any backorders, or do not want any items backordered, please let us know.
